Connected Circles is a digital scale-up that advises business leaders worldwide on how to use professional social media (especially LinkedIn) to communicate with all their important stakeholders. We are looking for a skilled Client Account Manager  to join our international team in the centre of Amsterdam. You will be responsible for managing several of our executive client relationships in Europe. If you are interested in being part of a growing company with many fun challenges and you speak English (a must) AND Dutch and/or German, we would love to hear from you! 

What you are like

  • You are curious about social media data and how much can be learned from it. 

  • You like to read, write, and research. 

  • You are curious and knowledgeable about business. Consume various podcasts, literature, news on various aspects of the business world.


What you will do

  • Manage several important client relationships at the same time.

  • Work collaboratively directly with our executive clients and their internal communication teams.

  • Align on content strategy and calendar together with the client and their team on a regular basis.  

  • Produce content on various topics by briefing professional copywriters and designers: i.e. renewable energy, circular economy, new technology, etc.

  • Help clients create, edit, and publish original content in coordination with their company’s marketing teams. 

  • Monitor clients’ LinkedIn analytics and explain the data to clients.

  • Advise your clients on growing their community on LinkedIn through growth tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Develop strategic recommendations for clients on how to increase their reach and impact online and offline.

  • Work on your own online profiles to represent your expertise (“leading by example”).



  • Perfect English AND Dutch OR German, both written and spoken. 

  • Natural curiosity, a creative mindset, and a can-do attitude.

  • Interest in professional social media use, especially LinkedIn

  • Knowledge and/or a keen interest in new technology and sustainability topics

  • Interest in working in a startup environment, which is fast-paced and ever-evolving.

  • Ability to adapt, initiate, and learn fast. 


Hands-on skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills. 

  • Social media analytics knowledge & experience (not compulsory but a big plus).
