Connected Circles is a digital scale-up that advises business leaders worldwide on how to use professional social media (especially LinkedIn) to communicate with all their important stakeholders. We are looking for a part-time office assistant to join our international team in the centre of Amsterdam. If you are a self-starter, Connected Circles is the perfect place to grow your career.

What you will do
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

  • Travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files

  • Improve working environment for the whole team with making our office a cool place to work

  • Coordinate events (when this is needed)

  • Work closely with Management team for administrative support

  • Good time management skills

  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

  • English AND Dutch, both written and spoken is HUGE plus. Any other language is welcome. 

  • To think in solutions and not in problems-mentality

  • Ability to learn fast, adapt and initiate. 

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment

What we offer
  • 20-24 hours/week - This position could be combined with your studies - working schedule to be agreed upon
